Custom -  Any style of home you want built!  We can give you options from 1 level retirement type homes, Rambler with a full basement or a Two story home.

Pre Sold - We come up with a floor plan and price before we start construction!  This way there are no surprises!  We give you the ability to pick out everything along the way from Cabinets to siding color .  

Spec Home -These are homes where the floor plan and style are predetermined!  We try to use the most up to date styles that will appeal to the most people.
